Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customerservice.rarepearls@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include all original accessories, tags, and any free gifts received with the order. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
